*Registration terms and conditions

	Upon enrolment a deposit of 100 euros must be paid directly to our Bank account in Spain. Once the deposit is received your Spanish course or Spanish course and accommodation will be reserved.
1.	N.B. Students pay all Bank commissions.
2.	Please send the enrolment form and confirm the payment of the deposit by e-mail.
3.	The Spanish school will confirm the student’s enrolment by e-mail and will send the address of the accommodation one or two weeks before the Spanish course starts.
4.	The remainder of the Spanish course price and accommodation must be paid in cash within the first two days of the course.
5.	In case of cancellation, the Spanish school reserves the right to retain the advance payment to cover costs.
6.	The Spanish school will give not refunds if a student starts the course later than the marked enrollment dates, is absent during any part of the course, or if the student leaves the class before the end of the Spanish course.
7.	If, for personal reasons, the student leaves their accommodation, the full amount paid will not be refunded. In case of damages to the flat or loss of keys the student will have to pay the charges.
8.	If the number of students per class is less than 2, the school has the right to reduce the number of class hours to half the total (because this is basically like private lessons) until the class has again a minimum of 2 students.
9.	Minimum age 18.
10.	Classes which fall on a holiday will not be made up on a future date or reimbursed. School holidays spanish-dates
11.	Our insurance doesn't cover accidents occurring outside the Spanish school.
12.	Ex-Metrocultura Barcelonastudents do not have to pay registration fee.
